JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. PK Munir, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. RJ Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, namely, Arun Gogoi, in connection with Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 480/2020, registered under Section 420 of the IPC.
