JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. M Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. NK Kalita, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Kamlesh Bist, in connection with Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 311/2020, registered under Sections 419/354 D/509 of the IPC, 1860 added Sections 67/67A of the IT Act.
