JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Md. Sifatullah Ahmed in connection with Rangia P.S. Case No.1106/2020 registered under Sections 17(c)/29(1) of NDPS Act.

(2.) Heard Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N.K. Kalita, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the Respondent State.
