BIDYUT BHARALI Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) All the three petitions are taken up together as the cases are related to same police station and have arisen out of the same incident.

(2.) By filing this petition under Sec. 438 of the CrPC, the petitioners, namely- Ratan Deka and Raaju Barman in AB/441/2021; Sri Jinku Baruah in AB/487/2021 and Bidyut Bharali in AB/507/2021 have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No.415/2021, registered under Sec. 447/325/427/384/354/506/34 IPC.
