JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application made under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail by the accused-petitioner, namely, Md. Arfan Ali, in connection with Gossaigaon P.S. Case No.157/2018 (G.R. No.285/2018), registered under Sections 376(1)(g) of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S.H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State Respondent.
