JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri P.K. Munir, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri B. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, Railways. Ms. D. Das. Barman, learned State Counsel appears for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

(2.) Though the names of the learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 are reflected in the cause list, none is present when the matter is called upon. Even on the last occasion i.e. dtd. 19/3/2021, none was present for the private respondent no. 5 and this Court has made an observation that an endeavour would be made to dispose of the Writ Petition today.

(3.) The challenge made in this Writ Petition is allotment of a work to the private respondent no. 5 by the Railways vide the impugned order dtd. 29/11/2018 for operation of parking contract at GOM Station (Gogamukh) for a period of 03 (three) years at a total value @ of Rs.6,88,421.00 (Rupees Six Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty One).
