JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also Heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre- arrest bail to the petitioners, namely (1) Baby Panika Choudhury (2) Chandra Lahakar (3) Deepika Sahal (4) Bharati Keot (5) Topobon Saikia (6) Deepjyoti Sanapati and (7) Lakhyajit Gogoi, apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarupathar P.S. Case No. 103/2021 registered u/s 366 of the IPC.
