JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri N. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioners whereas the contesting respondent nos. 1 to 6 are represented by the Standing Counsel, Cooperation Department, Shri S.K. Talukdar. Ms. S. Baruah, learned State Counsel is present for the respondent no. 7.

(2.) None has appeared for the respondent no. 8.

(3.) The petitioner no. 1 claims to be the Chairman of Bhagabazar Cooperative Society in the district of Cachar and the petitioner no. 2 is the Secretary of the said Society.
