JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. UK Barman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondents.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Nityananda Phukan @ Sri Nityananda Phukon in connection with North Lakhimpur Police Station Case No. 1046/2021 registered under Ss. 120(B)/420/406/409/34 of the IPC.

(3.) Perused the petition as well as the annexures furnished therewith including the copy of the FIR.
