JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. K Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. NK Kalita, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Suruj Ali, in connection with Behali P.S. Case No. 99/2020, registered under Sections 120(B)/420/489(A)/511/34 of the IPC.
