JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. M. Nirola, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mrs. S.H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, namely, Sri Sumanjit Roy Choudhury, in connection with Digboi PS Case No. 276/2020 registered under Sections 341/385/379/307/34 of the IPC.
