(1.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners, namely, 1. Altab Hussain @ Altaf Hussain and 2. Saniara Ahmed, in connection with Barpeta Police Station Case No. 175/2021, (corresponding to GR Case No. 394/2021), registered under Sections 9/10/11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.
