JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing this application under Section 438 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Najim Uddin Ahmed @ Bitu Ali, has sought for pre-arrest bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Mikirbheta PS Case No. 545/2020, under Sections 363/368 IPC, corresponding to GR Case No. 3988/2020.
