JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. AU Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mrs. SH Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, namely, Sudeep Bhattacharjee, in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 2680/2020 registered under Sections 498(A)/494 of the IPC.
