JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. A. Begum, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, Sri Saptani Doley apprehending arrest in connection with Silapathar P.S. Case No. 545/2020 registered u/s 366/376/34 of the IPC corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1370/2020.
