JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. S. B. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. M. Bhattacharya, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

(2.) The concerned Investigating Officer of Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 333/2021, registered under Sections 420/406 of the IPC served a notice under Section 41A of the CrPC dated 23.03.2021 on the petitioner asking him to appear before the said I/O on 24.03.2021 in that case.

(3.) By another notice under Section 41A of the CrPC (without any date), the Investigating Officer of Jalukbari P.S. Case No. 331/2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the said I/O on 01.04.2021 at 10:00 am.
