THANESWAR SARKAR Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing this petition under Section 438 of the CrPC, petitioner Thaneswar Sarkar @ Thane Sarkar, has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with the Kachugaon P.S. Case No.03/2021 (corresponding to G.R. Case No.08/2021), under Sections 363/368/34 of the IPC.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties are present.

(3.) Mr. N.J. Dutta, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent has submitted that final report has already been filed before the learned trial Court, vide F.R. No.16/2021, dated 28.02.2021.
