(3.) By this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the accused-petitioner, namely Abu Bakker Siddique has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 455/2021 under Sections 489(B)/489(C)/489(D)/420/468 of the IPC.
