PUTU GOGOI Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Section 439 Cr.PC, has been filed praying for bail of the petitioner, namely, Putu Gogoi @ Gakul Gogoi, who is in detention in connection with Silapathar PS Case No. 324/2020 under Section 143/447/326/325/506 IPC.

(2.) Heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. for the respondent.

(3.) Perused the copy of the FIR and the documents annexed with the petition as well as the case diary produced today.
