JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the accused-petitioners, namely, 1) Suruj Ali, 2) Anarul Islam, and 3) Azizul Hoque @ Azizur Rahman, in connection with Laluk Police Station Case No.254/2020 (corresponding to G.R. Case No.1356/2020) registered under Sections 420/406/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Heard Ms. S.G. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.
