JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing this petition under Section 439 of the CrPC, petitioner, Rana Saidur Zaman, who was arrested on 18.09.2020, has prayed for releasing him on bail in connection with North Guwahati PS Case No. 101/2020 registered under Sections 448/353/506/34 of IPC.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for both the sides.
