JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. H.K. Sarma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) By this application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners, namely, 1. Md. Mochaddique Ali, 2. Md. Wahidul Islam, 3. Md. Hamed Ali and 4. Krishna Kanta Nath have prayed for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Kampur P.S. Case No. 20/2020 u/s 120(B)/306 IPC.
