JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A.M. Bora, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. D.K. Baidya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

(2.) The petitioner, namely, Ankur Dutta, has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 184/2020 registered under Sections 420/406 IPC.
