JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. K. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

(2.) By this application under Section 438 CrPC, the petitioners, namely,-

(3.) As per the FIR of the case, the informant/victim socially got married with the petitioner No.3 on 09.12.2018. Prior to that he and the petitioner No.3 registered their marriage on 23.07.2018.
