(1.) Heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Addl. P.P., Assam.

(2.) By this application under Section 438 of the Cr.PC., the petitioner, namely, Shri Patanjit Jarambusa @ Pathanjit has prayed for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Umrangso PS Case No. 25/2020 under Section 468 IPC.
