JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. T Som, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and Mr. B Sharma, learned Addl.P.P., Assam, appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) By this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the accused- petitioner, namely, Md. Jahidul Islam has prayed for granting bail, in connection with Hajo PS Case No. 165/ 2020 under Sections 379/506/34 of the IPC.
