(2.) By this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Anil Agarwal @ Anil Kr Agarwal, is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pan Bazar PS Case No. 593/2019 under Section 420/406/294/506 IPC corresponding to GR Case No. 13366/2019.
