JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this application under section 438 Cr.P.C, the accused-petitioners, namely 1. Mr Saifuddin Ahmed, 2. Mrs. Tarikam Begum, 3. Safiqul Ahmed and 4. Daisy Ahmed have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail in connection with Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 307/2020 under sections 498(A)/313/384 of IPC.

(2.) The I. O is directed to record the statement of Dr. M. K. Majumdar, M.D of Medicity, Guwahati. Call for the Case diary.

(3.) In the interim, considering the allegations in the FIR, it is provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely, 1. Mr Saifuddin Ahmed, 2. Mrs. Tarikam Begum and 4. Daisy Ahmed above named, in connection with the case aforementioned, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting authority. The pre-arrest bail is granted on the following conditions:
