JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B.J. Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) By this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Kamal Jyoti Pait @ Sarbeswar Pait has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Silapathar P.S. Case No. 132/2020 under Sections 376/500/506 of the IPC r/w Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
