JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference.

(2.) Heard Mr. B.D. Konwar, learned Senior counsel for the applicant and Mr. M. Smith, learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioners.

(3.) The present application has been filed for extending the time period which was fixed by this Court earlier as six months vide order dated 28.01.2020 for the purpose of appointment to the post of Chief Engineer, GMDA.
