JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. K. K. Bhatta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. A. M. Bharbhuiya, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.

(2.) The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 25.04.2014, passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 77/2009, whereby, the appeal filed by the Review petitioner was dismissed.
