JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. R. K. Surjit, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner as well as Mr. L. Shyamkishore Singh, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. L. Gunindro, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) The unsuccessful writ petitioner again approach this Court challenging the judgment and order of the learned single Judge dated 10-2-2009 for dismissing the writ petition, W.P. (C) No. 632 of 2000 filed by the appellant/writ petitioner questioning the decision of the authority for shifting the Liwachangning Government Primary School to Liwachangning Khunou upper village, which is a part of the main village, Liwa Changning.
