(2.) Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Govt.

(3.) Late Ashok Lama, the husband of the writ petitioner while serving as driver in Nagaland Armed Police (NAP) died on 10.3.1985. The said deceased-Govt employee was survived by his wife and 4 (four) minor children.
