JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE complaint of the appellant herein, has been dismissed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Raipur (hereinafter called "District Forum" for short), in Complaint Case No. 69/2008, vide order dated 17.9.2010, on the ground that in view of provision of Section 13(1)(b) of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 , the complaint is not maintainable before the District Forum.
