JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appellant/complainant is present for video -conferencing at the NIC centre, Churu. Out of dozens of cases filed by the appellant, this is the only case in which he made an appearance and used very intemperate language. The Public Authority is represented by Mr. P.P. Gupta, US, Mr. Gopal, US, Mr. M.P. Singh, US, Mr. S. Chatterjee.

(2.) THE appellant has filed two same appeals with some add -on in latter one and a complaint in relation to appeals No. CIC/SA/A/2014/900704 against the same Public Authority.
