(1.) INFORMATION sought: 1. The complainant sought information regarding St. John Ambulance/Red Cross training programme conducted by Shri Niraj Dhar Jayan and Smt. Poonam Jayal in the calendar year 2004, 2005, 2011 and 2012. Relevant facts emerging during hearing:
