JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT would be seen here that Shri Daya Nand Khundia, Complainant, vide his complaint dated 30.05.2014 (copy enclosed), requested this Hon. Commission as under:

(2.) IT is to be seen here that the complainant, vide his RTI Application dated 28.01.2014 (copy enclosed), sought information from the respondents on four issues as contained therein. However, respondents failed to furnish any response to the complainant.

(3.) THE Commission posed a query to Shri , CPIO and Shri Surinder Kumar, Assistant Account Officer (Pension Branch), as to whether the respondents have provided the required information to the Complainant or not. On this very aspect, it is admitted by Shri& Shri Surinder Kumar , that Complainant's RTI application dated 28.01.2014was not responded by the respondents, at all, without assigning any reasons for non responding the complainant's RTI application dated 28.01.2014.
