JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heaerd Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P. (C) No. 559 of 2015 and W.P. (C) No. 560 of 2015 and Ms. L. Sillori, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P. (C) No. 996 of 2015. Heard also Mr. Mr. S.Napolean, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents and Mr. S. Samarjeet, learned CGC for the Accountant General.

(3.) The petitioners claim to be direct recruit Higher Secondary Lecturers and by efflux of time, some of them have been promoted to the post of principal of different Higher Secondary Schools.
