JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Babita Th., learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Vashum, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ to quash and set aside the letter dated 29/05/2019 of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, the inquiry report dated 17/06/2019 and the letter dated 05/08/2019 of the Deputy Registrar.
