JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Ch. Leilai, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mrs. Sundari, learned G.A. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

(2.) The petitioner is serving as Female Health Worker under the Health Department, Government of Manipur. By an Order dated 24.08.2019, the petitioner was transferred from PHSC Keibi to PHSC Kachai. In the meantime, the Medical Directorate issued another order dated 04.09.2019 transferring the petitioner to PHC Keirao Makting. In terms of the Order dated 04.09.2019, the petitioner submitted her joining report before the Medical Officer, PHC Keirao Makting on 09.09.2019. Thereafter, the Medical Directorate, Government of Manipur issued another Order dated 25.09.2019 transferring the petitioner again to PHC Lilong.

(3.) Being aggrieved with the frequent transfer within a period of one month, the petitioner is before this Court challenging the aforesaid 3 (three) orders dated 24.08.2019, 04.09.2019 and 25.09.2019.
