JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Th. Tolpishak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. RK. Umakanta, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents.

(2.) Mother and father of the deceased late Elangbam Rabi Meitei have filed the present writ petition for grant of ex-gratia payment stating that their son was killed by extremists.
