JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri R.S. Reisang, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Momota Devi Oinam, learned Addl. AG for the State respondents.

(2.) The facts of the instant writ petition are identical to that of the writ petition being WP(C) No. 711 of 2018 and the same are not repeated here for the said of brevity. Writ Petition being WP(C) No. 711 of 2018 has been disposed of by this Court vide judgment and order dated 29.3.2019, the relevant paragraphs of which read as under:

(3.) Since, the issue involved herein is covered by the judgment and order dated 29.03.2019 passed by this Court in writ petition being WP(C) No. 711 of 2018, the present writ petition is being disposed of in terms thereof.
