JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kh. Santa, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heards Ms. Sundari, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 and 2.

(2.) The petitioner who is serving as Ophthalmic Assistant in the Directorate of Health Services, Government of Manipur is aggrieved by the order dated 10-06-2019 by which he has been directed to remain at Moreh Hospital.

(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he was transferred as Ophthalmic Assistant at Moreh Hospital on 27-10-2006 and for the last 13 years he has been serving at Moreh Hospital. The respondents thereafter, issued an order dated 06- 03-2019 by which the petitioner was transferred from Moreh Hospital to CHC, Kakching and in his place, the respondent No. 3 was transferred from CHC, Kakching to Moreh Hospital. However, within a span of three months, the respondents had issued an order dated 10-06-2019 by which he has been directed to remain at Moreh Hospital.
