JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Athouba Khaidem, learned G.A. for the respondents.

(2.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter dtd. 28/11/2013 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Societies, Thoubal (Annexure-A/6).

(3.) This letter is based on an application submitted by one Shri L. Ramesh Singh, claiming to be Secretary of the Pioneer Diesel Auto, Tata Magic Iris, Gio Owners and Drivers Welfare Association, Ukhongsang requesting for cancellation of overlapping area of operation of different membership in relation to route operation.
