JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. N. Umakanta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4.

(3.) This writ petition has been filed by 4 (four) petitioners who are presently working as Jr. Engineer/S.O. Grade - I in the Manipur Police Housing Corporation, Ltd. Imphal, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari/mandamus or any other appropriate writ or orders directing the respondents to quash and set aside the impugned order bearing No. C/59/2012-MPHC/226 dated 12th July, 2012 (at Annexure - A/8) of the Managing Director, Manipur Police Housing Corporation Limited (A Govt. of Manipur Undertaking) Imphal. In the interim coupled with a prayer for not to give effect/stay/suspend the said impugned order dated 12th July, 2012 (at Annexure - A/8) till the final disposal of the present writ petition.
