JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri B.P. Sahu, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner; Shri Y. Ashang, the learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No. 1, Shri L. Raju, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2; Shri A. Bimol, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for some of the private respondents and Shri N. Jotendro, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the remaining private respondents.

(2.) The impugned orders dated 06-04-2017, 12-04-2017 and 17-05-2017 issued by the Director of Agriculture, Government of Manipur are under challenge in this writ petition.
