JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri M. Devananda, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Shri P. Tamphamani, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and Shri FR/NFR K. Jagat, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents.

(2.) Being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 22-08-2016 issued by the Deputy Secretary (Education/S), Government of Manipur, the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing it.
