JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Kh. Tarunkumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Shri R.S. Reisang, the learned Senior Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Shri N. Ibotombi, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the private respondent.

(2.) By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ or direction for quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 30-04-2012 issued by the SDO, Kamjong.
