JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. RK. Umakanta, learned Sr. counsel and GA assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. GA appeared on behalf of the appellants; Mr. N. Mahendra, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 1; Mr. Rameshwor, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 2; and Mr. Leo Rommel, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 3 through VC platform.

(2.) It has been submitted at the Bar by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that this Court has already referred an analogues appeal for mediation to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties. It has also been submitted that the present appeal can also be referred to for Mediation.

(3.) In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, Registry is directed to referred these matters for mediation proceeding at the Mediation Center, High Court of Manipur to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
