JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. H. Debendra, learned senior counsel and Deputy AG assisted by Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel appeared for the appellants and Ms. Malemleima, learned counsel appeared for the respondent.

(2.) This matter has been listed today for referral to the Special Medication Drive - Mediation 'For the Nation 2.0'. Accordingly, registry is directed to refer this matter to the appointed Mediator, Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur, for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.

(3.) The appellants, Administrative Secretary (Works), Govt. of Manipur and the Collector (LA), Imphal East District or any of their authorized officer along with their respective counsel are to be present before the appointed Mediator on 25/2/2026 at 01:30 P.M.
